Meeting PhD students regarding design of app and accessibility features
In our ongoing journey to craft an inclusive and revolutionary Math assessment app, our team recently had a game-changing meeting with 2 PhD students - Zahra and Hannah - who specialize in neurological development in children. This collaborative session focused on enhancing accessibility features to ensure our app caters to diverse learning needs. The discussion kicked off with a deep dive into font styles and background colors – seemingly trivial, but crucial elements that can significantly impact user experience, especially for those with visual impairments or reading difficulties. The students provided valuable insights, suggesting combinations that proved optimal for readability and comprehension.
